Throughout my career, I have worked almost exclusively within service-driven industries, including hospitality, sales and marketing, as well as holding various roles within the staffing industry.
The common thread throughout my work has always been a deep commitment to customer service excellence and a genuine desire to improve the lives of the people I serve; clients, candidates, colleagues, and teams alike.
Alongside my professional experience, I have always held a deep passion for etiquette. In recent years, that passion naturally evolved into a focus on business etiquette as professional norms continue to shift in an increasingly complex and evolving workplace.
In response to the recent pandemic, which exposed significant challenges for many new professionals navigating a predominantly virtual work environment, I witnessed firsthand how uncertainty around communication, expectations, and professional presence created barriers to confidence and effectiveness.
This work is centered on helping the emerging workforce acclimate successfully to the modern world of work, bridging generational gaps, restoring professionalism, and equipping individuals with the practical skills they need to communicate with confidence, credibility, and respect.
